Marlee has a background within hospitality, telecommunications and recruitment. She has been with Noventus since October 2016 as our Recruitment Officer and office millennial.

In her "younger" years, she worked in hospitality within Richmond and Melbourne CBD, while completing Youth Work studies at RMIT. Marlee then spent 5 years working in the telecommunications domain for Telstra and Optus.

After her time in telecommunications, she worked for the Australian Defence Force as an in-house recruiter and social media community officer.

Marlee is an avid AFL fan, following the Richmond Tigers. She is also an animal lover with two fur babies at home Thor (Dog) and Tilly (Cat).
